Jitbit Software (est 2004) is a small friendly software company based in London (UK).
- Small enough to be personal. Large enough to be stable.
There's nothing wrong with being small. "Small" means "fast". Something that big companies can't afford. - Profitable and self-funded.
We are funded by our customers. Not by investors or the stock market. We make a living from what we do. And we don't have to please anybody but our customers.

Alex Yumashev, founder and CEO.
Prior to founding Jitbit Alex was Head of Software Development in a big boring bank, but then turned to the Light Side. Lead developer, designer, MCSD, MCDBA, MCP. Loves snowboarding, motorcycles, bass-guitars and blogging. But above all - coding.
Max Al Farakh, co-founder.
Web-developer, designer, podcaster, support ninja, Apple fanboy. Loves guitars and pays attention to details.

Mar 5 2012We're really excited to announce that our help desk app is getting a new look within a week. It will look like this. First, we'll be rolling it our for the hosted (online saas) version of helpdesk, then, within another week, we'll be releasing it for the self-hosted (downloadable) version.
